A: Yes. Your local National Guard representative can offer one-on-one help with college applications, degree planning, and much more.

Q: My school is having a career fair and I need someone to represent the medical field. Can someone from the National Guard speak at my career fair?

A: Members of the National Guard hold diverse civilian careers, including those in the medical profession. Use our Career Mentor database to find a volunteer in your area, or speak with your local recruiter.

Q: I’m a school counselor who would like to learn more about some of the programs and presentations listed on this website. Who can tell me more?

A: Please call or e-mail your local National Guard education liaison, who can provide more information either over the phone or in person.

Q: I’m a National Guard member who is not sure how to use my education benefits. Can you help?

A: If you have any questions on how your educational benefits
work, the Education Officer in your state is there to assist
you. The National Guard Virtual Armory offers a
state-by-state listing of Education Officers.
